Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Eligibility Window
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized merchandise (with name, employee ID, or department)
- Perishable items (e.g., snacks, tea)
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., face masks, water bottles)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 3 days of delivery at [customercare@complimentsindia.com]
- Include order number, product photo, and a brief description of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Return Process
- Email us at [customercare@complimentsindia.com] to initiate your return.
- We’ll send you a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and return instructions.
- Ship the item back within 10 days using a trackable courier.
- Refund or exchange will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Refund Details
- Refunds are applicable only for orders placed under the Cheers Program. Refunds are not applicable for bulk orders or any non-Cheers Program orders.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the employee unless the item is defective.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
Exchange Option
For eligible items, you may choose a replacement of the same value or store credit (if item is out of stock).
